Petrochem Insulation, Inc highly trained crews provide our customers with single-source specialty contracting solutions that cross multiple industrial construction crafts. Our crews serve our clients' needs in the petrochemical, power, and paper industries, as well as in wineries, food processing, mining, solar power, and manufacturing plants. Petrochem is headquartered in Tempe, AZ. and is a wholly owned operating company of ASRC Industrial (AIS).
Job Summary:
This is a temporary position approximately 6-8 months on the job site in Bay Minette, AL, from Monday to Saturday 7:00AM to 5:30PM
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for projects reporting to the Payroll / Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and industrial services projects. The Administrative Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and procedures and adhere to Petrochem Insulation safety standards and protocols.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Time Keeping
  • Data Entry
  • Filing and organizing
  • Daily support with record keeping
  • Payroll support

Requirements and Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge and experience in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements and Education:
  • Associate's degree
  • Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or construction administration.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
