We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist with 2-3 years of relevant experience to support our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and consistency across company systems. Primary Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain information in internal databases and business applications with a high degree of accuracy.
Review incoming documents and records to ensure all information is complete before data entry.
Identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, or missing information and resolve them promptly.
Maintain well-organized electronic files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Perform routine audits to verify data accuracy and ensure records remain current.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Work closely with team members and other departments to gather or verify required information.
Process confidential information while following company privacy and security policies.
Scan, upload, and archive documents in accordance with established record management procedures.
Complete assigned data entry tasks within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Provide general administrative support and assist with departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
2-3 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or a related administrative role.
Strong keyboarding skills with excellent speed and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using databases, CRM platforms, or enterprise software.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience with Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with document management systems and digital filing practices.
Basic reporting and data analysis experience.
Understanding of data accuracy standards and quality control procedures.

Work Schedule
Full-time position
