We’re seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our Deansboro office—a motivated, hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products and services (gasoline, diesel, heating oil, propane, etc.)

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication

  • Process customer orders, account updates, and payments accurately

  • Analyze customer accounts and make necessary corrections or adjustments

  • Assist with accounts receivable functions as assigned

  • Trace and expedite late orders to ensure timely fulfillment

  • Utilize leads to expand the customer base and follow up on opportunities promptly

  • Maintain organized records and complete required paperwork

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Filling propane tanks for customers


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (fuel, propane, or heating industry experience a plus but not required)

  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
