Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

JOB SUMMARY
Assist with basic office tasks such as reporting, onboarding, bookkeeping, filling reports, and communicating with employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of a High school diploma; and
  • Two years' experience providing administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Companywide Toolbox Talk signature tracking.
  • Predictive Solutions Safety inspection tracking.
  • Note taking and assistance with incident reviews.
  • Special safety related projects or assistance with safety projects.
  • Coordination with Safety teams on remote job sites.
  • Attend weekly safety staff meetings- PPE may be required to attend these meetings.
  • Cross train to fill in for vacations or illness with other safety positions.
  • Complete new hire onboarding.
  • Train and be available for incident review data entry and meeting notes.
  • PPE distribution at onboarding.
  • Sitedocs- data entry weekly
  • Badging- Renewal and ROF's
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
