Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a difference every day? In this position, you'll support and coach individuals with disabilities while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, leading by example, and helping others succeed.


What You'll Do:
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to Associates to support skill development and independence 
  • Direct daily custodial tasks including cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and maintaining work areas 
  • Sweep, mop, buff floors, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces 
  • Help maintain clean grounds and sidewalks 
  • Conduct quality checks and track progress throughout the shift 
  • Report customer concerns and equipment needs to supervisor 
  • Participate in Associate evaluations and time-study processes

Schedule & Pay:


Job Type: Full Time Monday thru Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am


Pay From: $17.75 per hour

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • One (1) years custodial work experience required. Experience working in a large, motel, hotel, lodging facility preferred.
  • Experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Other Requirements: Must pass background check and drug screening Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 25 lbs., crouch, kneel, push, pull, kneel, bend, and stoop frequently. Must be able to carry 25 lbs, squat, and reach above shoulder(s) frequently. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk occasionally/frequently depending on assigned duties. Must have visual acuity and manual dexterity to perform timely and accurate data entry, Must be able to work in busy, active, hot/cold environment, both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work with a variety of cleaning solvents. Must be able to work outside normal work schedule for training, meetings and other related duties.
