Job description

Our client in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a highly organized and technically capable Customer Service / Data Entry to support the credit union's core system conversion within a financial institution’s Retail Experience department.


This is a full-time temporary assignment offering the opportunity to play an important role in a large-scale technology and operational transition. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, comfortable working with large volumes of information, proficient in Excel, and experienced in providing exceptional internal or customer/member service.


What You’ll Do

Working closely with the Retail Experience team and reporting to the SVP of Retail Engagement, you will provide hands-on operational support throughout the core system conversion, including:

• Perform high-volume data entry, processing, and validation with a strong focus on accuracy

• Review and analyze data to identify discrepancies and ensure information integrity

• Maintain and update electronic files and, when needed, physical records

• Provide responsive support to internal teams during the system conversion

• Assist with member service needs related to conversion activities

• Use Excel to organize, review, track, and analyze information

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Identify issues and appropriately prioritize or escalate them to leadership

• Support additional conversion-related projects and administrative needs as required

• Strong experience with high-volume data entry and transaction/data processing

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Banking, credit union, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus
