WE LOVE OUR WORK.Your daily responsibilities include: - Takes entries from owners, trainers, agents or other authorized persons and performs those duties related to assembling all pertinent information and aid in producing an overnight. - Use the RTO racing software to input entries into specified races listed for that entry days race card. - insures integrity at time of entry by keeping all entries confidential in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set: - Must have minimum three year's experience in similar type position or equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide necessary knowledge, skills and abilities - Must meet licensing requirements of New Mexico Racing Commission - Must adhere to all local, state and federal standards, including OSHA requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Able to perform duties in all weather conditionsBRING US YOUR BEST.SUPERViSORY RESPONSiBiLiTiES                                                    This job will not have supervisory responsibilities.   LANGUAGE SKiLLS Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. Ability to speak and understand Spanish is an asset.   REASONiNG ABiLiTY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.   CERTiFiCATES, LiCENSES, REGiSTRATiONS Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.   PHYSiCAL DEMANDS  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
