Job description

Through this posting, Data-Core Systems, Inc. provides notice of the filing of Labor Condition Applications ("LCA") with the US Department of Labor for H-1B non-immigrant workers in the following positions. The LCAs for these positions are available for public inspection at Data-Core System's principal place of business, which is the headquarters office located at 111 Sinclair Rd, Bristol, PA 19007. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the LCA and/or failure to comply with the terms of the LCA may be filed with any office of DOL's Wage and Hour Division. LCA notices are posted electronically through Data-Core's Internet website at https://datacoresystems.bamboohr.com/jobs/?source=other for a period no less than 10 consecutive business days.
