We are looking for a Data Center Systems Engineer for our growing team!

The Data Center Systems Engineer will provide systems engineering support for industrial database center solutions, including architecture, integration, deployment, and lifecycle support across new and existing customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support projects from planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, software, QA, IT/OT, sales, and customer teams
  • Review system requirements, architecture, and technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot system performance, scalability, and integration issues
  • Lead design and deployment readiness reviews
  • Coordinate activities across software, database, and infrastructure teams
  • Maintain system documentation, change requests, and configuration procedures
  • Manage multiple projects within a structured lifecycle framework
  • Analyze system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Industrial/OT and IT data systems and architectures
  • Database technologies and data integration concepts
  • On-premise, virtualized, edge, and cloud deployments
  • System lifecycle, configuration, and change management
  • Ability to interpret architecture and network diagrams
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Education & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree + 7 years relevant experience; or Associate degree + 9 years; or High school diploma + 12 years relevant experience

  • Industrial or manufacturing environment experience preferred
