Role:ย  Projectย Manager (Data & Security Migration)

Location:ย Charlotte, Dallasย (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term project

Role Overview

We are looking for aย Program/Projectย Manager to lead execution of a complex Prisma to Wiz migration program, with primary focus on ETL transformation, security control validation, and audit-compliant delivery.

The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end delivery governance, including control validation oversight, data integrity assurance, and stakeholder alignment, to achieve a controlled, low-risk migration with no loss of data quality, coverage, or compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Delivery & Control Governance

Lead end-to-end delivery of ETL migration ensuring alignment with SOW milestones and timelines

Ensure security control validation and audit readiness are embedded across all phases

Oversee execution across all program phases from design to stabilisation

2. Security Controls & Audit Oversight

Govern execution of security and data control validation across ETL pipelines and platforms

Ensure data integrity and control effectiveness across source and target systems

Oversee parallel run validation and reconciliation

Ensure delivery of audit-ready validation evidence and reports

3. Additional Responsibilities

- Lead client governance and stakeholder communication

- Ensure adherence to scope and manage risks proactively

- Track delivery against milestones and ensure timely execution

- Ensure quality, validation, and audit compliance

- Manage financial alignment with fixed-price commitments

- Lead cross-functional teams across data, ETL, and security domains

4. Agile Delivery & Execution

Lead and drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) across program teams

Facilitate story writing, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Manage and prioritise product backlog aligned to milestones and business priorities

Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, delivery predictability)

Ensure continuous delivery, iterative validation, and early risk identification

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with sprint outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

- 12+ years ofย program/projectย management experience

- Strong experience in ETL/data transformation programs

- Understanding of data validation, controls, and audit processes

Preferred Skills

- Experience in cybersecurity or CNAPP platforms

- Experience in banking/regulated environments
