Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a remote Data Control Analyst. Responsibilities for a Data Control Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy of contract membership, eligibility status, and account information across multiple systems.

  • Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility, and customer segmentation within Revenue Manager, SAP, and related business platforms.

  • Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies and account inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Process customer account changes including additions, deletions, transfers, and updates throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to support contract and membership data processes.

Candidates for Customer Master Data Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or 1โ€“5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical operations, data analysis, customer account management, or contract administration.

  • Experience with Model N Revenue Manager (RM), SAP iShift, and other boundary system platforms.

  • Experience working with customer master data, eligibility verification, or contract-related data processes.

  • Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze, validate, and manage large datasets accurately.

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
