Job description

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Analytics, ML & AI drives measurable operational improvement through advanced analytics, performance management, supply chain optimization, and applied machine learning solutions. This role is responsible for enhancing performance across forecasting, inventory management, service levels, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision support.

As a hands-on individual contributor within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, this position owns end-to-end analytical solution development — from KPI definition and data preparation to predictive modeling and business insight delivery. The role partners closely with Supply Chain leadership and IT to build scalable analytics and AI-enabled capabilities that translate directly into operational impact.

This role balances predictive modeling with ownership of data quality, performance governance, and executive reporting, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and business-ready. This position will play a foundational role in expanding applied ML and AI capabilities across the Supply Chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own development and evolution of supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting using Power BI and enterprise analytics platforms
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, lead time variability, and cost performance
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, service-level performance, and overall supply chain efficiency
  • Translate complex business problems into structured analytical and predictive solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Design, develop, validate, and monitor predictive models, ensuring outputs are actionable and aligned to operational decisions
  • Conduct scenario modeling and structured analyses to support inventory, logistics, and service-level optimization decisions
  • Leverage enterprise analytics platforms, including Databricks, to support scalable data analysis, ML development, and advanced reporting solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, model performance, and consistency of analytical outputs
Communicate insights and predictive findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, business analytics, machine learning, or data science roles
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated experience building and applying statistical or machine learning models in a business environment
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language or platform (e.g., Python, R, SAS, JMP, Databricks, or similar)
  • Strong ability to translate business problems into structured analytical and predictive solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Power BI for dashboard development and executive reporting
  • Experience working within Databricks or similar enterprise ML platforms
  • Experience applying predictive analytics to forecasting, inventory optimization, or logistics decision support
  • Experience partnering with IT to support scalable analytics and ML solutions

Key Competencies

  • Applied machine learning and predictive modeling
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical reasoning
  • Supply chain performance measurement and optimization
  • Data visualization and executive storytelling
  • Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving
  • Attention to data quality and governanceÂ
