Position Overview:

The Learning & Development (L&D) department plays a crucial role in staff training and development, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to regulatory standards. We are dedicated to cultivating a culture of inclusivity, employee engagement, and internal brand consistency. Continuous improvement through trend analysis and compliance reporting aligns our business goals with operational needs. Data-driven insights are pivotal in achieving these objectives, and the Senior Data Analyst will spearhead data collection and analysis to uncover key insights.

Responsibilities:

30%

Analyzing data from various sources such as employee feedback surveys, training records, and performance metrics to identify trends that inform our departmental strategies.

20%

Developing visually engaging dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate organizational performance, project progress, and internal brand effectiveness. These visualizations will showcase successes and highlight areas for improvement, promoting transparency and accountability.

Leveraging predictive analytics and advanced techniques to automate reporting processes, validate data accuracy, and provide real-time insights to enhance decision-making within the L&D department.

Collaborating cross-functionally to design and administer surveys and evaluations that capture diverse perspectives and experiences. Analyzing survey results to derive actionable insights that drive program improvements.

Required Experience:

-5 years of relevant experience.

-Bachelor's degree in acceptable fields of study, Data Analytics, Statistics, Instructional Design, Computer Science. Additional 5 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

-Data Analytics to create reports and build dashboards to provide ROI and impact metrics to executive teams.

-Familiarity with creating reports and dashboards in data analytics tools such as Tableau, webFOCUS, PowerBI or similar.

-Proficiency with Excel for data comparisons, functions, data management.

-Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently, set and meet deadlines.

-Self-starter and solution oriented.

-Ability to track through long-term projects to completion, self-regulating to meet goals and deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

-5 years of relevant experience.

-Bachelor's degree in acceptable fields of study, Data Analytics, Statistics, Instructional Design, Computer Science. Additional 5 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

-Instructional design to work with team to define evaluation methods for program impact and success.

-Knowledge of evaluation and survey design and delivery.

-Critical thinking to identify business needs and create solutions.

-Communication to work with IT teams, vendors and learning developers.
