Job Summary
W e are seeking a Computer Operator to support global IT infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining enterprise computer systems and batch processes across a worldwide organization.
Job Description
  • Monitor and control enterprise systems and batch operations across global infrastructure.
  • Manage workload balancing and system performance adjustments based on project requirements and operational priorities.
  • Monitor Omega OCM / Cloud software and other in-house software platforms.
  • Track system alerts and operational issues to maintain system uptime and reliability.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve system alerts and operational issues.
  • Provide support for internal and global users utilizing Omega systems.
  • Engage with internal teams, external vendors, and support groups to resolve infrastructure incidents.
  • Maintain detailed operational logs and reports for system performance and incidents.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for operational continuity.
  • Assist with system performance tracking and operational reporting.
  • Operate and maintain enterprise platforms across Linux and Windows environments.
  • Support internal peripheral systems and integrated software components used within the organization.
  • Assist wit h maintaining data center operational processes and procedures.

S kills Required
  • Minimum 6 months of related IT operations, technical support, or computer operations experience, or equivalent technical education.
