Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic canvassing, calls, market research, and targeted networking
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the local economy and commercial real estate market, including property availability, tenant activity, and market trends
  • Facilitate and negotiate acquisitions and lease transactions on behalf of clients
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate market data and client research

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in real estate, business, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Must bring an existing book of business and active client relationships
  • Proven ability to generate business and develop leads
  • Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, and sales abilities
