At Deep DSG, we're accelerating the digital transformation of manufacturing through cutting-edge industrial data solutions.
We are looking for a Data Enablement Lead to drive the successful deployment and adoption of our industrial data ecosystem, including Unified Namespace (UNS), Industrial DataOps, Data Brokers, and related data products.
As the on-site champion for Data Enablement initiatives with our client base, you will lead projects from planning through execution, working closely with manufacturing, engineering, automation, and digital teams to unlock business value through connected data. This is a highly visible role that combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management with a strong understanding of industrial technologies and manufacturing environments.
Requirements
  • Lead the on-site deployment and adoption of Unified Namespace (UNS), Industrial DataOps, Data Brokers, and related industrial data solutions.
  • Act as the primary site lead for Data Enablement initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate activities between site operations, engineering, OT, IT, and Digital teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive alignment between business, operational, and technical teams throughout implementation.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered in line with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
  • Support change management activities to enable user adoption and long-term sustainability.
  • Facilitate on-site workshops, project meetings, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
  • Promote best practices for industrial data management, integration, and operational excellence.
  • Provide local leadership and oversight to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

  • Proven experience leading projects within manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Unified Namespace (UNS), Industrial DataOps, industrial data products, and data governance principles.
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations, OT/IT convergence, ISA-95, and Purdue Model concepts.
  • Familiarity with industrial data integration architectures and connected manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to industrial technologies including PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians, MQTT, data brokers, and middleware platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud and edge computing environments within industrial settings.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
