Position: Senior Data Automation Specialist (San Jose, CA) A Data Automation Specialist designs, builds, and maintains automated systems to streamline data collection, processing, and integration, reducing manual tasks and enhancing accuracy

They leverage skills in SQL, Python, APIs, and ETL tools to create efficient workflows, commonly working across databases, cloud platforms, and, in some cases, incorporating AI technologies for modern data engineering needs. This is a W2 contract position and is not eligible for C2C or W2 referral candidates. Key roles and responsibilities: Workflow Automation: Developing scripts and using tools (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs and RPA) to automate data ingestion and processing

Data Integration & Pipelines: Building ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to connect disparate data sources. Efficiency Improvement: Analyzing and optimizing existing manual data workflows to improve operational efficiency. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Ensuring the reliability and accuracy of automated systems and debugging issues.
