Job Description

Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you act as an integral member of the Brookfield Residential Sales Team. Under the leadership of the Community Manager, you will guide customers through the home buying journey, providing knowledge and expertise to support their purchase decisions, preparing and executing documents to facilitate the purchase and construction of their new home, and acting as a communication liaison to keep them informed throughout the process. Your commitment to building lasting relationships, adding value, curating information with transparency and authenticity, and solving problems makes you an invaluable partner on the team.
*This role requires the ability to work consistently during evenings and weekends as per sales center hours.*


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create authentic relationships to understand and meet customer needs, aligning the Brookfield value proposition accordingly.

  • Serve as a resource for customers, helping solve problems, educate, and add value throughout the purchase process.

  • Facilitate the purchase and subsequent building of homes by completing all required sales documentation and system entries with strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.

  • Maintain a robust prospecting and customer database to support sales targets.

  • Achieve the required sales targets and objectives for each asset/project.

  • Create a best-in-class customer experience by demonstrating competence, fostering connection, and ensuring consistency in processes.

  • Deliver transparent communication and positively collaborate with all teams to create a cohesive experience for the customer.

  • Consistently demonstrate Brookfield Residential core values in all actions and communications.

  • Maintain accountability for the professional presentation of customer-facing assets, including the sales center, show homes, and inventory.

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the housing industry, market trends, and competitive offerings to support customers as a subject matter expert.


What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.

  • Previous customer service experience with a proven successful track record.

  • Experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously; detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to deliver on performance metrics and key milestones.

  • Enthusiasm for technology and openness to learning and new experiences.

  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, contract documentation.

  • Preferred working experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and NewStar is a plus.

  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
