Job description
- Review new and existing clients and their activities to ensure that data, documents, and other customer due diligence information remains current and aligns to regulatory requirements;
- Update systems with relevant data;
- Assist with client-related administrative functions;
- Be highly comfortable with technology when perform day-to-day activities;
- Liaise with team members, colleagues and third parties in various international jurisdictions; and
- Support ad hoc requests and projects as may be required from time to time.
- University degree with an excellent academic background and have an interest in compliance, legal and/or financial services;
- Very strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret and summarise documentation in line with specific requirements;
- The ability to problem-solve, be self-motivated and be able to work independently;
- A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills;
- The awareness to adhere to very specific policies and procedures;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; and
- The ability to read documents in additional languages is an asset, but not required.

- Un diplome universitaire, avec une excellente formation academique et un interet pour la conformite, les services juridiques ou les services financiers;
- De tres solides competences analytiques avec la capacite de lire, interpreter et de resumer les documents conformement aux besoins particuliers;
- Une capacite a resoudre des problemes, d'etre motive et de travailler de maniere independante;
- Un grand souci du detail, de l'exactitude, et de l'efficience, ainsi que la capacite de mener plusieurs taches a la fois, en plus d'excellentes competences en matiere d'organisation, d'etablissement des priorites et de communication;
- Une aptitude a se conformer a des politiques et procedures tres precises;
- Une maitrise de l'anglais, tant ecrit qu'oral est requise; et
- La capacite de lire des documents dans d'autres langues sera consideree comme un atout, mais n'est pas requise.
