LE ROLE

On est en mode scale-up, portes par une demande client reelle et on fait grandir notre equipe d'experts data et IA.


On cherche quelqu'un qui carbure autant au contact humain qu'aux donnees et qui comprend qu'etre proche du client ne veut pas dire livrer un projet puis passer au suivant. Chez BEEM, tu deviens une extension de l'equipe de tes clients. Tu les connais, tu les accompagnes dans la duree et tu vois ou tes projets atterrissent vraiment.


Ce role est affiche sous le titre Conseiller(ere) Solutions Data & IA, avec le titre interne Data Specialist. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent a temps plein, hybride : tu conseilles, tu coordonnes et tu te mets les mains dans le projet.


Ce role est fait pour toi si tu carbures a livrer de la valeur concrete a des clients en BI, SQL et IA appliquee et que tu veux voir l'impact de ton travail directement. Si tu cherches un role principalement en machine learning ou en data science avancee, ce n'est pas ce poste.


CE QUE TU VAS FAIRE

Accompagnement client

  • Devenir le point de contact principal pour un portefeuille de clients, avec des rencontres hebdomadaires, gestion des priorites et presentation des avancements
  • Conduire des ateliers de decouverte pour comprendre les besoins, les defis et les ambitions d'affaires
  • Traduire les besoins d'affaires en requis fonctionnels clairs pour l'equipe de delivery
  • Contribuer a la satisfaction et a la retention des clients en batissant des relations durables
  • Participer aux rencontres de qualification avec l'equipe des ventes pour evaluer le fit des prospects

Coordination et livraison

  • Contribuer directement aux mandats : transformation de donnees SQL, modelisation, BI, QA et validation fonctionnelle
  • Definir les KPI, les regles de calcul et les criteres de qualite des livrables
  • Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation des fonctionnalites IA de la plateforme BEEM : automatisations, assistants et agents autonomes
  • Documenter les mandats et proposer des ameliorations continues


CE QU'ON RECHERCHE

  • Minimum 3 ans dans un role client-facing en data ou BI avec livraison autonome de A a Z
  • Maitrise du SQL analytique et solide comprehension des modeles de donnees et des environnements BI (Power BI, Metabase ou equivalent)
  • A l'aise pour mener des meetings clients seul, gerer les priorites et presenter des resultats
  • Communication bilingue FR/EN impeccable et confort avec les environnements cloud
  • Curiosite naturelle pour l'IA appliquee et les nouvelles technologies data

We're in scale-up mode, driven by real client demand and growing our team of data and AI experts.


We're looking for someone who thrives on human connection as much as data and who understands that being close to the client doesn't mean delivering a project and moving on. At BEEM, you become an extension of your clients' teams. You know them, you support them over time and you see exactly where your work lands.


This role is posted as Data & AI Solutions Advisor, with the internal title of Data Specialist. This is a permanent full-time position, hybrid: you advise, you coordinate and you get your hands into the project.


This role is for you if you thrive on delivering concrete value to clients through BI, SQL and applied AI and want to see the direct impact of your work. If you're looking for a role primarily in machine learning or advanced data science, this isn't that role.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Engagement

  • Become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, with weekly meetings, priority management and progress presentations
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand clients' needs, challenges and business goals
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the delivery team
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by building strong lasting relationships
  • Join qualification meetings with the sales team to assess prospect fit

Coordination & Delivery

  • Contribute directly to mandates: SQL data transformation, modeling, BI, QA and functional validation
  • Define KPIs, calculation rules and quality criteria to guarantee reliable and relevant deliverables
  • Advise clients on leveraging AI features built into the BEEM platform: automations, assistants and autonomous agents
  • Document mandates and continuously recommend improvements


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing data or BI role with autonomous end-to-end delivery
  • Proficiency in analytical SQL and solid understanding of data models and BI environments (Power BI, Metabase or equivalent)
  • Comfortable leading client meetings independently, managing priorities and presenting results
  • Impeccable bilingual FR/EN communication and comfort with cloud environments
  • Natural curiosity for applied AI and emerging data technologies


Bonus Points

  • Experience in business analysis and data solution architecture
  • Experience or genuine interest in applied generative AI tools (agents, Claude and Bedrock)
