Job description

Kidwell is looking for experienced rockstar Journeyman Electricians who are ready to step into the world of mission critical data centers in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.  Where the projects are massive, the standards are high, and the paychecks reflect the grind.

This is high-level electrical work powering the infrastructure behind the modern world. If you’re sharp, dependable, and willing to travel, this role can completely change your earning potential.

Journeymen must hold a Wisconsin Journeyman license or have passed the Iowa Journeyman's exam to reciprocate to Wisconsin.

Projected Annual Earnings: $185k

  • Data center or heavy commercial/industrial experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills sharper than a lineman’s knife.
  • Solid leadership — you can lead apprentices without losing your cool.
  • Minimum 4 years field experience.
  • Valid driver’s license + ability to pass physical, background, and drug screen.
