Program Manager, Data Center Construction

Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers.
  • 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking or fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  • 2 years of experience managing vendor relationships.
  • 2 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
  • Knowledge of design and construction industry standards, including design-build processes, associated agreements, and facility electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
