We are looking for an AI/ML Data Operations Program Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of this vital process. ..In this role, you will engage with teams across Apple's ecosystem with the ultimate goal of delivering high-quality annotated data that enables AI advancements across the company. You will be responsible for capturing initial requirements, following through on all program commitments from our cross-functional operations and engineering teams, and maintaining the customer relationship. You will need to understand the strategic goals of your customers to help prioritize operations tasks and coordinate with capacity planning for operational resources. Imagine being at the heart of Apple's AI revolution, ensuring that our machine learning models are trained with the highest quality data. As a Program Manager, you will be the vital link between our innovative teams and the data they need to create the next generation of Apple products and features.
As an AI/ML Data Operations Program Manager, you will be at the core of our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define annotation requirements, manage operational projects from prototype to scale, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality data.
