Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Global Data & Analytics Offering Leader to define, scale, and drive the growth of our global Data & Analytics offerings, with a focused emphasis on the Snowflake and Databricks ecosystems. This executive leadership role sits at the intersection of market strategy, alliance management, solution innovation, sales enablement, and business growth.

The successful candidate will own the global offering vision, investment strategy, and go-to-market execution, working closely with alliance partners, industry leaders, sales teams, delivery organizations, and executive stakeholders to build differentiated, scalable solutions that drive client value and accelerate revenue growth.

This leader will serve as the global ambassador for NTT DATA's Data & Analytics portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring continued innovation across modern data platforms, AI, analytics, and data management solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffering Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Define and own the global Data & Analytics offering strategy, roadmap, and business plan, with a primary focus on Snowflake and Databricks-based solutions.
  • Establish differentiated value propositions, target markets, industry priorities, and commercialization plans.
  • Identify emerging market trends, client demands, and technology innovations to continuously evolve the portfolio.
  • Drive the development of repeatable, scalable offerings and solution accelerators that enable faster customer adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Alliance & Ecosystem Leadership
  • Serve as the executive relationship lead for strategic global alliances, including Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, and partner growth initiatives.
  • Expand NTT DATA's partner standing and influence within the Snowflake and Databricks ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with alliance leadership to identify investment opportunities, market expansion strategies, and new revenue streams.
Commercial & Business Growth
  • Own business case development, investment planning, and financial performance for the offering portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline generation, certification targets, and market expansion objectives.
  • Manage offering-level P&L performance, ROI measurement, and growth reporting.
  • Partner with sales and industry leaders to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities globally.
Solution Innovation & Enablement
  • Lead the creation of industry-specific accelerators, frameworks, methodologies, and reference architectures.
  • Enable global sales and delivery teams through playbooks, solution messaging, competitive positioning, training programs, and pursuit support.
  • Ensure offerings align with evolving client needs across data modernization, governance, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Support large, strategic pursuits and client engagements by providing executive-level solution leadership.
Market Presence & Thought Leadership
  • Represent NTT DATA at executive client meetings, industry forums, analyst briefings, partner events, and conferences.
  • Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for Data & Analytics solutions and market trends.
  • Contribute to market awareness through publications, speaking engagements, and strategic partner initiatives.
  • Build executive relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Performance & Governance
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics across pipeline, bookings, revenue, certifications, partner engagement, and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor offering performance and continuously refine strategies based on market feedback and business results.
  • Drive governance, accountability, and operational excellence across the offering lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics consulting, technology strategy, platform leadership, offering management, or related executive roles within a Global Systems Integrator (GSI), consulting firm, or enterprise technology organization.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, and commercializing data platform, data management, analytics, AI, or cloud-based offerings.
  • Strong understanding of Snowflake, Databricks, modern data architectures, and cloud data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic technology partnerships and alliance-led growth initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen including business case development, investment management, P&L ownership, and revenue accountability.
  • Deep expertise in modern data ecosystems, including:
    • Data Engineering
    • Data Management & Governance
    • Data Platforms & Cloud Data Warehousing
    • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
    • Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams across sales, consulting, delivery, alliances, and industry organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Existing executive relationships within the Snowflake and/or Databricks partner ecosystems.
  • Experience leading global alliance programs and large-scale technology partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success driving market growth through strategic partnerships and co-innovation initiatives.
  • Experience shaping and closing large transformation programs involving data, analytics, AI, and cloud modernization.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $150,000 - $350,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
