Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, in-person General Manager to lead the daily operations of Uptown Cheapskate Austin with passion, creativity, and a commitment to sustainability. You will train on established operational systems and, once trained, manage your team to ensure they are consistently followed, driving efficiency, sales performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a driven leader with experience in retail management, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Train and evaluate staff to build a high-performing and cohesive team.
  • Implement operational systems and manage the team to maintain performance standards.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain inventory control, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze sales performance data and report key metrics to management.
