This leader is accountable for ensuring that enterprise data is accurate, governed, accessible, and structured to support advanced analytics, AI, and automation initiatives. • Establish and enforce development standards, naming conventions, documentation, and release management processes for BI artifacts.

Master Data Governance & Data Quality

  • Oversee North America Master Data governance activities across key domains.
  • Ensure data quality standards are defined, monitored, and continuously improved in partnership with business data stewards.
  • Support governance workflows for Master Data creation, change, approval, and retirement.
  • Drive data quality remediation efforts, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ensure master and transactional data structures support AI feature engineering, model training, and intelligent automation use cases
  • Partner with IT and ERP teams to align Master Data with system and reporting requirements.
  • Lead efforts to close data and information gaps by partnering with business stakeholders to identify, collect, validate, and enrich missing data attributes.

ERP & Platform Support

  • Support ERP transformation and enhancement initiatives (e.g., JDE to SAP S/4HANA migration) by ensuring data readiness, validation, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Coordinate team involvement in ERP data migration, testing, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
  • Align master data and reporting structures with ERP and Fabric platform evolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with business leaders across operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and IT to understand evolving data and reporting needs.
  • Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly terms to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data processes, reporting workflows, and team operating practices.
  • Support change management and adoption of improved data practices across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to the enterprise BI and data governance roadmap in partnership with the Director.

Success in this role will require:
