Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager on Deloitte Consulting's SAP Offering and SAP Data & Analytics team, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end data and analytics workstreams for complex SAP and enterprise transformation programs, including data strategy, solution design, data quality, migration, governance, testing readiness, and deployment
  • Direct integrated delivery across client stakeholders, Deloitte teams, member firms, and delivery centers, including workplans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality reviews
  • Design and implement enterprise data governance operating models, including governance structures, decision rights, data standards, processes, controls, and escalation paths
  • Lead cutover and go-live readiness activities, including planning, rehearsal coordination, dependency management, issue resolution, readiness assessments, and coordination across business and technology workstreams
  • Translate business and program objectives into data operating models, roadmaps, and executable delivery plans; present recommendations and decision points to client executives and program sponsors
  • Support practice growth and team development through proposal development, solution shaping, client relationship management, reusable asset development, coaching, and capability building

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree with 12+ years of professional experience in SAP, enterprise technology, or data management
  • 12+ years of professional experience delivering SAP-enabled solutions, including solution design and end-to-end implementation delivery, in consulting, industry, or both
  • Experience leading 5+ full life-cycle SAP implementations, including 2+ implementations in a lead data role and 2+ SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Experience leading data management activities on an SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning transformation in at least two of the following areas: data strategy, data design, data quality, data migration, data governance, testing readiness, or cutover planning and execution
  • Experience leading an enterprise data workstream or data management program spanning more than one business unit, geography, or legal entity
  • Experience supporting at least one enterprise resource planning or technology deployment through cutover or go-live readiness, including dependency management, issue resolution, readiness tracking, execution coordination, and presentations to client executives and program sponsors
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • 4+ years of client-service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting enterprise SAP or enterprise resource planning transformation engagements
  • Experience serving as an Overall Data Lead, Data Workstream Lead, Enterprise Data Management Lead, or equivalent, on a global SAP transformation spanning multiple countries or continents
  • Experience designing, implementing, or leading delivery of solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform or SAP data and analytics capabilities
