• Develop clear, compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that accelerate business decisions.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches by forming hypotheses and validating them with data.
• Detect anomalies and inconsistencies, validate data quality, and partner with teams to resolve root causes.
• Clean, organize, and maintain datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Define metrics and streamline reporting processes.
• Deliver insights tailored to diverse audiences including teammates, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with operators, internal customers, and leadership.
