We are seeking a Senior Operations Support Specialist / Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will demonstrate expert-level operational and analytical skills, providing leadership and oversight across key strategic initiatives. This role requires independent execution of complex tasks, the ability to supervise and guide junior staff, and a results-driven approach to mission support

Responsibilities: Perform high-level coordination, operational research, and management support activities for SEA 21, with a focus on data analytics and organizational efficiency. Independently execute complex operational and analytical tasks, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation initiatives through the application of advanced data analytics and business intelligence techniques.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, assess performance metrics, and develop actionable insights to inform leadership decisions. Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior and mid-level data analytics contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to train other data analytics contractors to ensure competency and mission readiness.

Supervise contractor performance, providing feedback, mentoring, and ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements. Deliver clear, concise reporting through dashboards, data visualizations, and executive-level briefings. Collaborate with stakeholders across Navy and DoD organizations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
