Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Sioux Falls, SD (In-office for the first six months; potential for hybrid schedule thereafter) Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Exempt/Salaried M-F 8a-5p Pay Range: Analyst I: $65k - $75k (DOE) Analyst II: $78k- $90k (DOE), comprehensive benefits package available. Job Description: We are partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join their Business Analytics team. This role supports business decision-making through recurring reporting, foundational data analysis, and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver accurate reporting, evaluate business initiatives, maintain data integrity, and communicate insights that drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and update recurring reports used to monitor key business metrics and departmental performance. Conduct ad hoc analyses, summarize findings, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Monitor A/B testing initiatives and business changes to evaluate performance impacts and results. Gather, organize, analyze, and interpret data using established tools and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.

Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity. Develop expertise in company data sources, reporting platforms, analytical processes, and business systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Foundational understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data quality principles.

Familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages; SQL knowledge or willingness to learn. Experience with or exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights to diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
