Job description

Business Analyst (Adobe Analytics exp)

Location- Dallas, TX (4 days / week from office)

CTH/FTE

You will support system design by delivering technical artifacts such as use cases, process diagrams, and technical requirements. You will leverage data and analytics to develop process performance metrics, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, uncover root causes of operational issues, and measure outcomes against established business objectives. You will oversee testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. This role also requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, proactively identify risks, and partner across teams to resolve production issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related roles delivering data & analytics solutions
  • 8+ years working with partners documenting business requirements and process flows, and translating those requirements into technical requirements specifications
  • 5+ years of experience translating technical requirements into data models and JSON schemas
  • 5+ years assessing upstream and downstream impacts of system and data changes
  • 3+ years implementing data quality and metadata management strategies at large scale
  • 3+ years translating business requirements into resilient solution designs
  • 3+ years translating technical requirements into test cases for data interfaces (unit tests & integration tests)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly convey complex ideas and integrate feedback
  • Ability to define and solve complex problems with ambiguous or incomplete data in distributed systems
  • Commitment to quality driving high standards including writing and executing tests at all levels
  • Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and learning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing tag management and web analytics solutions
  • Experience implementing consent management solutions to ensure compliance with GDPR & CCPA
  • Experience implementing A/B testing solutions
  • Knowledge and experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
