Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support logistics and operational processes in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role focuses on ensuring efficient distribution, data accuracy, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel, Outlook, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
• Perform freight invoice reconciliation (cost, mileage, product/dose/customer metrics) using Excel
• Manage and support logistics operations, including shipment coordination and crisis resolution
• Provide technical support and training for internal tools and case tracking systems
• Maintain and update customer master data; support onboarding activities
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze logistics data, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
• Support implementation of logistics projects and continuous process improvements
• Handle email communication and coordination via Outlook
Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience in logistics, operations, or data support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
