About the Job: 

The Career Pathways Program & Analytics Analyst supports the day-to-day execution, platform operations, participant support, and performance reporting for Live Mas Momentum, the Taco Bell Foundation's career pathways initiative.

This role helps ensure that program experiences run smoothly, participants receive timely support, vendors stay aligned, and program data is translated into actionable insights. Working closely with the Career Pathways Product Lead, this person will help build scalable processes, improve the participant experience, and measure whether our career pathways platform is effectively helping young people explore and pursue meaningful career pathways.

This is a high-ownership execution role for someone who is equally comfortable managing program details, supporting users, coordinating with partners, and using data to identify what is working, what is not, and where the program can improve.

The Day-to-Day: 

    Provide day-to-day operational support for the career pathways program, coordinating across platform, vendors, and internal teams
    Manage participant inquiries, support tickets, and feedback, escalating complex or sensitive issues when needed
    Support and improve operational processes, workflows, and participant experience
    Partner with Marketing & Communications on participant messaging, updates, and program communications
    Oversee distribution of program resources and maintain accurate participant records and engagement tracking
    Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
    Track program execution (milestones, deliverables, risks) and support vendor performance and accountability
    Manage program data, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to monitor engagement, performance, and impact
    Analyze participant data, feedback, and behavior to identify trends and drive insights and recommendations
    Support user research, testing, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall participant experience

Is this you? 

    4-5 years of experience in program operations, analytics, education, workforce development, EdTech, nonprofit programs, or related fields
    Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, technology, education, or similar (preferred)
    Experience supporting education, career readiness, youth, or technology-enabled programs (preferred)
    Strong program management skills with ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple workstreams
    Data-savvy-comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting, and tools like Power BI, SQL, or analytics platforms
    Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
    Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable-able to identify gaps, support users, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $88,500 to $96,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
