FP&A Manager – PE-Backed Company

Who: Fast-growing, private equity–backed company.
What: FP&A Manager supporting budgeting, reporting, M&A, and business development modeling.
When: Hiring immediately.
Where: Remote, ideally based in Atlanta, GA.
Why: Expanding operations and strategic growth require advanced financial support across executive and field leadership.

Salary: Base $105K–$125K + 10–12% bonus potential + possible equity.


Position Overview:
This is a hands-on FP&A role supporting the CFO and operations leaders, responsible for key planning, analysis, and modeling efforts in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.


Key Responsibilities:
● Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
● Prepare Monthly Operating Reports and perform detailed variance analysis.
