Job Summary:
McLeod Software is a company that values its employees as its greatest competitive advantage. They are seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst responsible for designing and developing data architecture and performing data analysis to support business decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support data reporting and dashboards.
• Organize, model, and store raw data in our data warehouse and data lake.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and tools.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and quality of data by developing and implementing processes for data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including 6+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, or Scala) required.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) required.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms such as Delta Lake, Spark, and Databricks required.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of schema design, data modeling, and data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect is preferred.
Preferred:
• Experience with enterprise software or the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
