This is a great opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that impact business decisions. You'll work with modern tools, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and play a key role in improving reporting, forecasting, and financial visibility across the organization. This role offers strong exposure to enterprise systems like Dynamics 365 and SAP, while allowing you to influence how data is leveraged to drive efficiency and strategic initiatives.


What You'll Do:



  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases

  • Build and enhance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to deliver clear, user-friendly data visualizations

  • Review and improve existing reporting packages, eliminate redundancies, and establish scalable reporting cadences

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ad hoc analysis and support key business initiatives

  • Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP data to validate financial information and translate transactions into meaningful metrics

  • Apply data cleaning, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques to improve data accuracy and reporting effectiveness


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or forecasting

  • Strong SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries

  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
