Status: Volunteer / Part-Time

Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Position Summary

The People Data & Insights Analyst coordinates workforce data tracking and reporting activities that support leadership decision-making, program evaluation, and organizational accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Metrics Tracking

  • Maintain workforce participation and engagement tracking systems
  • Coordinate preparation of workforce summary reports
  • Maintain standardized workforce reporting templates for recurring use
  • Coordinate periodic validation of workforce participation data accuracy

Reporting Support

  • Assist in development of leadership and board reporting insights
  • Monitor trends related to volunteer participation and workforce retention
  • Assist in preparing visual summaries or dashboards for leadership review
  • Support alignment of workforce reporting metrics with program impact goals

Data Integrity Practices

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of workforce data
  • Maintain organized reporting documentation
  • Monitor adherence to workforce data confidentiality protocols
