Job description


Cardinal Staffing Services hiring a Data Entry Clerk for a Union Facility located in Warren, MI. This position is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining quality-related data, and should have working knowledge of Minitab or other statistical software tools. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data used in product quality analysis, continuous improvement, and compliance reporting. Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk Include:
  • Enter, update, and maintain data related to quality inspections, audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions in internal databases and spreadsheets.
  • Use Minitab to generate control charts, capability analyses, Pareto charts, and other statistical reports.
  • Organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness before reporting.
  • Support quality engineers and managers with data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects by providing data-driven insights.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
  • Experience with Minitab a Must
Available shifts: • 10:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday. • $20.00 per hour.
