Bill's Carpet Center is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable Specialist/CFO Assistant to join our team in Rochester, NY. This is a unique dual-role opportunity where you'll help keep our financials running smoothly while working directly alongside company leadership. Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Assist the CFO with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth payment workflows
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with cash flow monitoring
Requirements:
