OverviewThe HR Analyst Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in HR analytics, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with HR data, systems, and business partners to help drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and employee engagement)
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Help identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR and business initiatives
- Partner with HR team members on workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, and performance metrics
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS)
- Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance HR operations and reporting efficiency
- Support documentation of HR processes, policies, and data definitions
- Conduct benchmarking and research on industry HR trends and best practices
- Assist with confidential data handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
QualificationsA May 2027 graduate enrolled in an accredited College/University - Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Interest in HR analytics, workforce data, and business insights
