Our business scope includes semiconductor process and inspection equipment, consumable spare parts, equipment manufacturing support, cleanroom and MEP turnkey projects, DI/UPW water systems, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment systems, and facility monitoring and control systems.

Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst – Supply Chain & Operations to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain, procurement, project, and operational functions.

This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting business and operational data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support business decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, maintain data quality, develop dashboards, and transform complex information into clear and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and experience working with supply chain or operational data. The ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English is required due to regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business and operational sources.

  • Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support management and departmental decision-making.

  • Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs to monitor operational and supply chain performance.

  • Translate complex data into clear findings and actionable recommendations.

Dashboard & Data Visualization
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.

  • Develop reporting tools that allow teams and management to effectively monitor performance.

  • Improve existing reports and dashboards to increase accuracy, efficiency, and usability.

  • Present analytical findings in a clear and understandable format for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Supply Chain & Operational Support
  • Analyze supply chain information related to purchasing, inventory, materials, suppliers, orders, lead times, and operational performance.

  • Assist teams with identifying shortages, delays, trends, and potential operational risks.

  • Support procurement, supply chain, project management, finance, and operations teams with data and reporting needs.

  • Assist with tracking supplier performance, material availability, costs, and other operational metrics.

Data Quality & Management
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple sources.

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with appropriate departments.

  • Maintain organized records and reporting documentation.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data collection, reporting, and business processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, project management, operations, finance, and other departments to understand business and reporting needs.

  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Support communication with Chinese- and English-speaking internal and external stakeholders.

  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide timely analytical support.

QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, supply chain, procurement, operations, business analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, or another technical industry is preferred.

Required Skills
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English due to communication requirements with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:

    • Formulas and functions

    • PivotTables

    • Data visualization and charts

    • Data organization and analysis

  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data-analysis tools is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.

  • Experience working with large or complex datasets.

 Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite role supporting semiconductor, engineering, construction, operational, and corporate business environments. The position is primarily office-based and requires regular interaction with project teams, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and company leadership.

Occasional visits to semiconductor manufacturing facilities, construction sites, customer locations, or other active project environments may be required. The Business Coordinator must be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods, attending meetings, managing changing priorities, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The position may require occasional local travel and the ability to lift or move office materials, project documents, or supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
