Job description

Role Description & Responsibilities:
The "MES/ERP Partner Sales Manager" will help our reseller partners build a foundation of skilled sales professionals who will scale expansion and ensure growth of our DELMIAWorks Portfolio.
As the MES/ERP Partner Sales Manager you will:
  • Develop and execute strategies that grow our DELMIAWorks Portfolio into existing and new markets
  • Provide sales leadership for reseller partners
  • Assist partners to develop and deploy best practice standards for DELMIAWorks sales including leading end-to-end sales engagements from OPEN to CLOSE
  • Maintain direct relationships with top prospects & clients
  • Help create and train key partner teams focused on customer success
  • Coordinate regular training & pipeline engagements with each reseller partner
  • Build to ensure sales pipeline on 4 rolling quarters
  • Identify, execute & exceed in all remaining areas leading to sales success

Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in strategic sales, C-level engagements, solution positioning, leadership, forecasting, engaging on value, coaching & mentoring among colleagues. Requires knowledge of channel sales models as well as competitors of Dassault Systèmes
  • Demonstrated ability to build creative, clear, concise, compelling presentations & written communications required. Attention to detail is critical
  • Excel, Tableau, sales analytics tools, CRM, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have a firm understanding of ERP/MES processes
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-10+ years of selling experience in ERP/MES

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $208000 and $245000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
