As a Senior Project Manager, As a Senior Project Manager, youโ€™ll have a direct impact on our community by overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects that shape our surroundings, developing direct report Project Managers, and overseeing the profit/loss of projects. You will be the driving force behind coordinating team members, managing resources, and keeping projects on schedule.

What We Ask of You:

  • Accurately execute contracted work in a profitable manner; meeting or exceeding anticipated gross margins
  • Confirm detailed measurement, forecast and reporting of project financials
  • Lead and implement company safety program creating a โ€œbest in classโ€ safety culture
  • Manage respective Project Management group to maximize profitability through operational excellence
  • Exceed operational required results for Project Management along with continual improvement procedures
  • Interface with VDC department and shops to ensure proper implementation of fabrication and lean construction methods to maximize margins, quality, and safety
  • Oversee project procurement to ensure cost savings and timely deliveries of major subcontracts, major equipment, and long lead items
  • Ensure proper staffing capacity within budgeted overhead
  • Work with Regional and Executive Leadership to ensure proper staffing in relation to contractual obligations and budgeted overhead
  • Support our Vision (โ€˜Build meaningful relationships coast to coastโ€™) and our Mission (โ€˜Deliver industry leading experiences for our customers every dayโ€™) by:
    • Seeking out and maintaining professional relationships with our Contractual clients
    • Maintaining professional relationships with our Client Solutions team
    • Maintaining trade specific affiliations with organizations will improve our position in the marketplace

Experience & Competencies:

  • Bachelor of Science in a related discipline is highly desirable
  • Individual projects over $5MM and portfolio management greater than $15MM
  • Ability to work with labor unions and continually improve management relations and efficiencies
  • Must have integrity including enthusiasm and willingness to represent company in professional, charitable and social communities/organizations
  • Strong work ethic, with organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
