RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Reports To: Retail Store Manager
Location: 161 Texas Rd., Old Bridge, NJ 08857
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Weekdays + Weekends (Seasonal Flexibility Required)
Pay: $720 – $1,000/week + sales commissions + bonuses + growth opportunities

We also keep things fun — including seasonal transitions like converting into a Halloween store in the fall.
What You’ll Do
- Test pool water and explain results to customers
 - Recommend chemicals, equipment, and solutions based on customer needs
 - Assist customers with product selection and purchases
 - Process transactions accurately through POS (Square)
-  Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
-  Follow daily checklists and store procedures
 - Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
 - Support seasonal promotions and in-store events
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
 - Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 - Organized and able to follow systems and procedures
 - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
