Front Desk & Customer Experience Team Member

Are you looking for a position that is professional, fast-paced, and genuinely fun? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized team member to join our busy dance studio!

This position offers a wonderful variety of responsibilities, the opportunity to work with amazing families and talented instructors, and a fun, supportive team environment. Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional, engaging, and high-energy individual to be the welcoming face of our studio. You’ll help create a positive experience for every dancer and family from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Assisting new and current clients with registration and scheduling
  • Managing client information within our scheduling system
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting families with questions, concerns, and general studio needs
  • Coordinating scheduling and future lessons with instructors
  • Processing payments and assisting with online account management
  • Creating fun and engaging weekly emails and newsletters
  • Helping solve problems independently and finding solutions when challenges arise
  • Supporting studio staff and instructors with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Assisting with various office and studio projects as needed

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Front desk or reception experience is a plus
  • Experience with scheduling systems and payment processing is helpful
  • Dance studio or similar service-based business experience is a bonus


Hours

Mondays-Fridays
2:30 PM–6:30 PM
