Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking an Issue Clerk to support operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico.

Requirements

  • Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and compiles stock records of items in the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
  • Sorts or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice and examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Store articles in bins, on the floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size, or type of material.
  • Fills orders or issues supplies from stock, prepares a periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
  • Compiles reports on the use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.
  • May mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, distribute stock among production workers, and keep records of material issued.
  • Make adjustments or repairs to articles carried in stock.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is a plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
