Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Damage Assessment Trainees. This role is ideal for individuals looking to break into a high-growth industry with structured training and strong income potential.
As an Entry Level Roofing Inspector, you will conduct property inspections, identify storm-related damage, and guide homeowners through the roof restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
  • Document damage and present findings to homeowners
  • Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
  • Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
  • Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
  • Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training
