Got a thing for all things dairy? Come join the team at Uncle G's Marketplace! We're on the lookout for a part-time Dairy Clerk to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a great attitude to our Marketplace!
If you love being on the move, enjoy keeping things neat and stocked, and take pride in helping customers find their favorite milk, cheese, and yogurt must-haves, this could be the perfect fit for you. You'll work closely with our Dairy Department Manager, help build eye-catching displays, and make sure our dairy section stays fresh, full, and fabulous.
The best part? You'll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team-and we'll get you started with training at one of our nearby gourmet stores so you feel right at home. So if you're passionate about great food, great people, and great vibes, come grow with us at Uncle G's!
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Dairy Department Manager and assist in unloading merchandise for refrigerator placement
  • Assist in unpacking cartons and assist with pricing all items as directed
  • Monitor all store shelves within the Dairy Department and arrange it according to stock tags
  • Coordinate with Dairy Management on all Dairy store displays and end caps
  • Manage all Department merchandise and assist in pull out of all out of code products
  • Log in all damaged and out of date products within the Department
  • Assist all customers with questions, directing them to the correct isle or answering any direct question they might have on a product
  • Maintain knowledge on current sales and advertisements within the dairy department and correct store location of all Dairy products
  • Other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a team player and enjoy working within a grocery market
  • Must be able to speak, read and communicate in the English language
  • Position requires great communication skills
