Braum's Dairy in Follett, Texas is looking to hire an experienced Dairy Farm Manager. Our wonderful farm manager is retiring after 25 years, therefore, we are in search of the right person who can manage and care for this Braum's A2 Dairy.As a fourth-generation family-owned dairy farm, we have been in the dairy business since the 1930's. We have always maintained a reputation for the highest quality milk and dairy products. This is the smallest of our dairy farms, and we milk approximately 4,500 milking cows. This milk contributes to the supply for our 330 Ice Cream and Dairy Stores. This position works with the owners and the management team in overseeing dairy herd health, feeding and treatment of animals, cleaning and maintenance of animal quarters, equipment maintenance and other animal husbandry duties. Pay range is $110,000-$130,000. Compensation is highly competitive and is based on experience. Housing with utilities is provided as part of the compensation package.
