This role is here to keep the dairy and frozen departments in great shape—full shelves, smooth execution, and a shopping experience that feels easy (even when it’s busy).You’ll lead the day-to-day flow: stock, face, and rotate product to standard; track inventory and place orders so favorites stay available; and keep food safety rules and company policies locked in. You’ll also coach, schedule, supervise, and evaluate your team, maintain a clean and sharp-looking department, check quality and handle freshness concerns, support merchandising and promotional displays, help customers with questions, review sales results to build improvement plans, and partner with store leadership and other department managers.What you’ll need:- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the dairy or frozen food sector- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems- Ability to stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as neededIf you’re ready to own the cold aisle with confidence, apply today.Freezer-to-Front FlowStart with a quick sweep of the coolers and cases—checking dates, spotting low spots, and setting the Dairy/Frozen Manager game plan for the day.
