As a Co-op Student, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Â
- Support the project manager with day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth project execution and coordination.Â
- Oversee and maintain the project planning tool (an Excel-based tool), ensuring that all project timelines and deliverables are accurately tracked.Â
- Send out daily status reports to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, and any issues that may arise.Â
- Assist with and execute technical cyber-related tasks with our operational teams.
- Assist in developing executive-level weekly reports and metrics, providing insights into project performance and status.Â
- Engage in various ad-hoc project management-related tasks, such as managing the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log and tracking team vacations.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients. Â
- Understand and help solve our clients’ cybersecurity problems. Â
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your KPMG brand. Â Â
