Job description

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain IT networking technologies utilized and deployed within our on premises data centers and Cloud environments.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain IT cybersecurity technologies that protect and integrate with the IT networking technologies deployed within our on premises data centers and Cloud environments.
  • Provide information and consulting to other IT functions to help drive architecture for solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust monitoring and notifications for the area of responsibility by measuring system utilization, identifying preemptive and actual issues & outages, identifying cybersecurity threat detection for escalation and mitigation efforts, and other KPI needs.
  • Ensure all areas of responsibility are appropriately and well documented.
  • Drive constant analysis and evaluation of business technology needs and architecture to ensure adequate secure networking solutions are in place that follows relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Closely collaborate and partner with the Cybersecurity team to support, plan, consult on, and drive the corporate cybersecurity strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Center of Excellence, Data Management, & Data Science) to support their needs and solutions.
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours schedule for network critical support.
